GlamOps Copyright and DMCA Policy
Contents
Version: 1.1 Effective date: October 9, 2026 Last updated: October 14, 2026
GlamOps LLC ("GlamOps," "we," "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects the businesses that use GlamOps to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on GlamOps that you believe infringes your copyright, how a business can respond, and what happens to repeat infringers.
This policy covers glamops.net, Booking Sites and Client Portals hosted by GlamOps (including those on subdomains of glamops.net and custom domains connected to GlamOps), and the GlamOps mobile apps. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the GlamOps Terms of Service at https://glamops.net/legal/terms.
1. Content on GlamOps
1.1 Who posts content. Businesses that use GlamOps upload their own content to their Booking Sites, such as photos, logos, service descriptions, and text. Clients may upload files to forms. GlamOps does not review this content before it is posted.
1.2 Businesses are responsible. Under the GlamOps Terms of Service (https://glamops.net/legal/terms) and Acceptable Use Policy (https://glamops.net/legal/acceptable-use), each Business must have the rights to everything it uploads. This includes photos of work by other artists, stock images, music, fonts, and text copied from other websites. Text or images that a business creates with the Concierge assistant are the business's to review and adopt, and the business is responsible for them.
2. Designated agent
GlamOps's designated agent for notices of claimed copyright infringement is:
Copyright Agent
GlamOps LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent
11918 SE Division Street #2046
Portland, OR 97266
Email: admin@glamops.net
Phone: (971) 274-1392
Please send only copyright notices to this agent. For support, contact admin@glamops.net.
3. How to report infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on GlamOps infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- (a) your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine for email), as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
- (b) a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved;
- (c) a description of the material you believe is infringing, and enough information for us to find it. The best way is the full web address (URL) of the page or image;
- (d) your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address;
- (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- (f) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Before you send a notice, consider whether the use might be allowed, for example by license or fair use. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
Incomplete notices. If a notice is missing required information, we may ask you for it, and we may not act until we receive it.
Trademarks and other issues. This process is for copyright only. For trademark, privacy, or other concerns, contact admin@glamops.net.
4. What we do when we receive a valid notice
When we receive a notice that substantially meets Section 3, we will:
- (a) remove or disable access to the material identified, promptly. Where possible, we remove only the specific image or item, not the whole Booking Site;
- (b) notify the business (or other user) who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice, which may include your name and contact details; and
- (c) record the notice for the purposes of our repeat infringer policy (Section 7).
5. Counter-notice: if your content was removed
If you are a business or user and believe material was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- (a) your physical or electronic signature;
- (b) a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed (for example, the URL);
- (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- (d) your name, address, and phone number; and
- (e) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which GlamOps may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
What happens next. When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. We will tell them that we will restore the removed material in 10 business days. We will restore it not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the person who sent the original notice has filed a court action seeking to stop the infringing activity.
A person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a counter-notice that material was removed by mistake may be liable for damages.
6. Content we remove on our own
GlamOps may also remove content it believes in good faith infringes someone's rights, or that breaks the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, without receiving a notice.
7. Repeat infringer policy
7.1 Policy. GlamOps will, in appropriate circumstances, end the accounts of businesses and users who are repeat infringers.
7.2 Strikes. We record a "strike" against an account each time we remove material in response to a valid notice, unless the material is restored after a valid counter-notice or we decide the notice was mistaken or abusive.
7.3 Termination. An account that receives 3 strikes within any 12-month period will be terminated. We may terminate an account after fewer strikes where the infringement is willful or flagrant, for example uploading a competitor's whole website or portfolio.
7.4 What termination means. A terminated Business will lose access to GlamOps and will have 30 days to export its Customer Data, as described in Section 13.5 of the Terms of Service. The business may not open a new account without our permission.
7.5 Warnings. We will notify the Account Owner each time a strike is recorded and explain how to avoid further strikes.
8. Tips for businesses
To avoid copyright problems on your Booking Site:
- Use photos you took yourself, or photos you have a license for.
- Do not copy other artists' work photos from Instagram, Pinterest, or Google without written permission, even with credit.
- Do not copy other businesses' service descriptions or policies word for word.
- Check stock image licenses for commercial use, and avoid images marked "editorial use only."
- Review anything Concierge drafts for you before you publish it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
