GlamOps support

GlamOps is booking and business software for beauty professionals. We’re happy to help.

Get help

Email support@glamops.net and tell us what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps.

Signed in? Tap your initials at the top of the app and choose Help for guides and a form to reach us.

Booked with a salon or artist that uses GlamOps? Please contact them directly: they manage your appointments and your information.

By mail: GlamOps LLC, 11918 SE Division Street #2046, Portland, OR 97266

Lost the phone with your sign-in codes?

  1. Sign in with your email and password. On “Enter your code”, tap Can’t use your authenticator app? and type one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-step sign-in.
  2. That turns two-step sign-in off and signs out your other devices. Turn it on again straight away in Settings → Security with your new phone, and save the new recovery codes.

No recovery codes? Email support@glamops.net from the address you sign in with. Before we reset anything we check it’s really you: we reply to that address and ask for details only the account’s owner would know. This can take a working day; it keeps someone else from talking their way into your account.

Delete your account

You can delete your GlamOps account yourself, in the app or on the website:

  1. Sign in at glamops.net or in the GlamOps app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Can’t sign in? Email support@glamops.net from the address on your account and we’ll do it for you.

What happens

  • Your account is deleted within 30 days. You can change your mind until then.
  • If you own a business, it closes too: its booking site goes offline, your team loses access, and its clients and appointments are deleted. Download your data first in Settings → Export.
  • Some records are kept where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records and records of consent to messages, for the periods in our Privacy Policy.

Delete some of your data

You don’t have to close your GlamOps account to delete information. Sign in at glamops.net or in the GlamOps app, then:

  • A client (the business owner): Clients → the client → More → Delete permanently. Their name, contact details, notes, forms and health answers, photos, saved cards and reviews are deleted straight away. Past visits, invoices and payments stay in the business’s records as “Deleted client”, as tax and accounting rules require.
  • A photo: on the client, under Photos, choose Remove under the photo.
  • A visit note: on the client, under Visit notes, choose Delete. The note and its earlier versions are deleted for good.
  • A note: on the client, under Notes, choose the bin next to the note, then Delete note.
  • A saved card: on the client, under Card on file, choose Remove.

What you delete is gone from GlamOps straight away. A copy can stay in our encrypted backups until they roll over, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Booked with a salon or artist that uses GlamOps? Your information belongs to them: ask them to delete it, and they can do it in a few taps as above. If you write to us instead, we’ll pass your request to them.

Can’t sign in, or need help? Email support@glamops.net.
