How to get your files from GlossGenius
- On a computer, open GlossGenius and go to Clients, then Export Clients (top right).
- For appointments, go to Insights → Reports → Appointments, choose the widest date range and download it.
Service menus are not exportable from GlossGenius. Add all your GlossGenius files at once instead (the default for GlossGenius) and your menu, prices, payments, products and expenses come over too.

Is GlamOps cheaper than GlossGenius?
The monthly price is lower: $24.99 for Standard against $28, and $49.99 for Pro against $56 for Gold. Card fees work differently: GlossGenius charges a flat 2.6%, while GlamOps payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates (2.7% + 5¢ in person, 2.9% + 30¢ online). If you take a lot of card payments, compare both with your own numbers.
Can I move my clients and history from GlossGenius?
Yes. Download your GlossGenius files and add them all at once: clients, appointments, your service menu, prices, tips, payments, refunds and expenses come over, plus products and retail sales on Pro or during your trial, with a preview and undo. Or send us the files and we’ll prepare it for you to approve.
Does GlamOps have processing time like GlossGenius?
Yes. Split a service into work, processing and finishing, and let other bookings go into the processing time, from your calendar or online.
