How do rebooking reminders work for fills?
GlamOps looks at each client’s own rhythm (every two weeks, every three) and lists who’s overdue on the Due tab. On Pro, the time-to-rebook automation emails them once per cycle, only if they’ve agreed to marketing.
Can I add cleanup time after each client?
Yes. Set time before and after each service. It blocks your calendar without making the client’s appointment longer.
Do clients pay a deposit when they book?
If you turn it on for that service. They pay online as they book, and the time is held for 15 minutes while they do.
Can clients leave a tip?
Yes. At checkout they choose 10, 15 or 20 percent, a custom amount or no tip, then pay by card reader, on your screen or with a pay link on their own phone.
