How it helps
Built for the way a lash and brow artist works
Deposits on full sets
A deposit on a two-hour set, a card on file and your no-show fee mean an empty slot costs the client, not you.
Fills on schedule
GlamOps learns each client’s fill rhythm. The Due list shows who’s past due, and on Pro the time-to-rebook email can reach out for you.
Lifts and tints with processing time
Split a lift and tint into application, processing and finishing, and book a quick brow wax in the gap if you like.
Consent before the first set
Build a consent and aftercare form with a signature, ask it once per client, and keep each signed copy on their record.

Questions
Questions lash & brow artists ask
Can I charge a deposit only on full sets?
Yes. Deposits are set per service, so fills can have none and full sets a fixed amount or a percentage.
Can clients sign a consent form online?
Yes. Forms can include a signature. Link the form to your lash services and ask it once per client or every visit.
What happens when someone no-shows?
Mark the visit as a no-show and charge your fee from the appointment, using the card they saved when booking.
Can I see who’s overdue for a fill?
Yes. The Due tab under Clients lists everyone past their usual rhythm, most overdue first, with a button to book them.
