Ask for a fixed or percentage deposit on color, highlights or extensions, keep a card on file, and charge your no-show or late-cancel fee from the appointment.
Clients who come back on time
GlamOps learns each client’s usual rhythm. The Due list shows who’s overdue, and on Pro the time-to-rebook email can go out on its own.

Questions hair stylists ask
Can I book a haircut while a client’s color processes?
Yes. Give the color service processing time and turn on “Allow other bookings during processing”. The gap shows on your calendar and you can book into it with one tap. GlamOps still never double-books the parts where your hands are busy.
Can clients book into my processing time online?
Yes, if you want them to. It’s on by default and you can switch it off in Settings → Booking, so only you fill those gaps.
Can I take a deposit only on color?
Yes. Deposits are set per service: none on a trim, a fixed amount or a percentage on color. The time is held for 15 minutes while the client pays.
Can I move my clients from Vagaro, GlossGenius or Booksy?
Yes. Import your client list (and services and appointments where your old app exports them), see a preview, and undo if anything looks off. Or send us the files and we’ll prepare it for you to approve.
