How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets 30 days of Pro, with no card needed. We email you before it ends. Choose a plan any time; if you haven’t by the end, everything keeps working for 3 more days, then your account pauses until you do. Your information stays saved and you can always export it.
Is there a fee per team member?
No. Standard includes you plus 1 team member; Pro has no limit, at the same price.
What are the card fees?
Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard US rates (2.7% + 5¢ in person, 2.9% + 30¢ online), straight to your bank. GlamOps doesn’t add anything on top.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, on both plans. Clients who can’t find a time join it from your booking site, and you see who fits each opening and offer it in one tap. On Pro, a cancelled or moved visit is offered to the people waiting automatically: first to book gets it.
