How it helps
Built for the way a wax specialist works
A tight day that still works
Fifteen-minute brows, thirty-minute Brazilians and cleanup time after each, so clients only ever see times that truly fit.
Consent forms on file
Ask about retinoids, medications and skin sensitivities once, with a signature, and see the answers on the client’s record.
Every four to six weeks
GlamOps learns each client’s rhythm and shows who’s due back. On Pro, the time-to-rebook email can bring them in before the regrowth does.
Reviews new clients trust
After a completed visit, clients who’ve agreed to your emails get a one-time link to review it. Reviews show on your site, and if you add your Google link they can copy theirs there too.

Questions
Questions waxing studios ask
Can I add cleanup time between waxing clients?
Yes. Add minutes before or after each service. They block your calendar but don’t show as part of the client’s appointment.
Can I ask about medications before a wax?
Yes. Build an intake form with your questions and a signature, link it to your waxing services, and ask it once or every visit.
How do reviews work?
Switch on review requests and clients who’ve agreed to your emails get a link 3 to 48 hours after a completed visit, at most once every 90 days. Only real clients can review, and you can reply to each one.
Can I charge a deposit for first-time Brazilians?
Deposits are set per service, so many studios add a “first visit” version of the service with a deposit and a little more time.
